Abstract Submission
Acceptance of papers is based on the full paper submission; however, prospective authors should submit an extended abstract in advance in order to check if the proposed topic fits within the scope of the Conference.
The extended abstract is strictly limited to two pages and it should highlight the novel aspects of the work, indicating the relevance of the paper to the Conference topics. You can prepare your extended abstract using the following template abstract_jcm2016.doc and submit it in pdf format only using this e-mail: abstract@jcm2016ct.com. You should select ONLY ONE conference topic of your interest in the table reported under the Abstract field.
Full Paper Submission
Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to prepare a full paper, which will undergo a double blind review.
All papers must be submitted electronically in Pdf format using the conference management system Easy Chair.
Please leave out names and affiliations of the authors as well as the contact details in this version.

Papers must be written in English, must not exceed a maximum of eight (8) pages and should be prepared using the template provided (see below). Maximum two (2) extra pages will be allowed with an extra fee of € 10.00 per page. Please, do not alter the formatting and style layouts, which have been set up in the template document.
Copyright Agreement
Authors, when upload the final version of manuscript, must fill the form ‘Consent to Publish’ by Springer, that can be found below. The form must be downloaded, compiled in all fields and signed in original by corresponding author. Finally it must be scanned and returned together with the manuscript through Easy Chair.
Poster Instructions
If you have been assigned a poster presentation, we kindly ask you to print it
and bring it with you to the conference ready for display.
Please present it to the reception upon arrival.
If you prefer you could use the Printing Service with an extra fee of 30,00 € to pay cash on delivery.
The deadline for sending the poster file is the 5th of September.
